7. Certificates of Completion
Upon successful completion of certain courses, Mu Alpha EdTech may issue a Certificate of Completion. This certificate acknowledges your completion of the course according to our criteria. It does not confer any academic credit, professional licensure, or guarantee of job placement or specific skill attainment unless explicitly stated otherwise by Mu Alpha EdTech for a particular program.

Our Services may integrate with or provide links to third-party websites, applications, or services (e.g., e-meeting platforms, analytics tools). We do not control and are not responsible for these third-party services or their content, privacy policies, or practices. MU ALPHA EDTECH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEE REGARDING THE QUALITY, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, TRUTHFULNESS, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT OR CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM MU ALPHA EDTECH OR THROUGH THE SERVICES, WILL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY MADE HEREIN.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MU ALPHA EDTECH, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL MU ALPHA EDTECH BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, OR INJURY RESULTING FROM HACKING, TAMPERING, OR OTHER UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SERVICE OR YOUR ACCOUNT OR THE INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD 100) OR ITS EQUIVALENT IN INDIAN RUPEES.
11. Termination
By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at shouvik.venture@gmail.com or, if available, through your account settings.
By Mu Alpha EdTech: We may suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, a breach of these Terms or non-payment of fees.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
